Lori A. Nery, CBR, LMS, GRI, Broker, Vice-President, is a full-time professional Real Estate Broker. She is a UMASS Dartmouth Graduate with a Degree in Management and over 35 years of business experience and has achieved the Certified Buyer Representative (CBR), Loss Mitigation Specialist (LMS), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Green REALTOR®, and WHALE Historic House Specialist designations.
Lori served as the 2011 President of the REALTOR® Association of Southeastern Massachusetts and on the Board of Directors of the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS®. She remains very active in these associations, as well as with many area business organizations and non-profits, including the Seacoast and Bristol County Chambers of Commerce, Habitat for Humanity, Relay for Life, the American Cancer Society, and the American Heart Association. She is also a member of the New Bedford Economic Development Council.
Ms. Nery leads our affiliated real estate companies, Coastal Commercial Real Estate Sales and Leasing and Coastal Realty, representing sellers and buyers of commercial, office, industrial, and residential real estate. She has extensive experience in commercial and industrial property leasing, sales, valuation, and consulting for commercial real estate projects.
Richard E. Stang, Esq.

Richard E. Stang has had a comprehensive career in commercial real estate.
He has sales and leasing experience along with legal, permitting, land use, environmental, engineering, management, and government relations service background.
Mr. Stang also has an extensive background in planning and economic development and worked as a chief legal counsel and legislative liaison in the past.
He has been a successful entrepreneur, owner, and founder of companies in the energy, technology, insurance, and industrial manufacturing sectors.
Richard earned his J.D. from the Boston University School of Law, Boston, MA. He is a Graduate of Rhode Island College, Providence, RI, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree. He is a member of the Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Florida Bar.

Jane M. Seiders, REALTOR®, has many years of experience in the real estate profession. She is a Massachusetts licensed sales agent and is the Administrative Assistant to Lori A. Nery, CBR, LMS, GRI, Vice President and Principal Broker of The Nery Corporation, Coastal Realty, and the Coastal Commercial Real Estate Sales and Leasing Companies.
Ms. Seiders is a member of the local, regional and national REALTOR® Associations. Jane also has an extensive background and experience in banking, manufacturing, and the retail sector.

Doreen A. Fernandes

Doreen A. Fernandes has over 35 years of experience in Legal Administration, Management and Bookkeeping.
Ms. Fernandes is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts – Dartmouth where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Management. She furthered her studies by receiving her Paralegal Certificate at Northeastern University.
Doreen has spent her career working with area Attorneys, Accountants and Real Estate and Business Professionals, continuing to build upon her client/business relations skills. As an integral part of our team, she accurately compiles and organizes all pertinent information needed for a smooth transaction. Performing such due diligence in the early stages allows us to proactively identify and resolve any unforeseen issues that may hinder negotiations. This also helps us present the client’s information in such a way that instills confidence in the buyer and shortens the due diligence period between the execution of the letter of intent and the actual closing.
Doreen is a member of the Massachusetts Paralegal Association and enjoys sharpening her skills through its continuing education courses.
Kevin A. Nery, CBB, CBI, M&AMI
Kevin A. Nery has over 40 years of business experience in the areas of commercial real estate, business brokerage, accounting, taxation, management, manufacturing, marketing, and consulting. He has achieved the Certified Business Broker (CBB), Lifetime Certified Business Intermediary (LCBI), and Merger and Acquisitions Master Intermediary (M&AMI) professional designations. Mr. Nery is a Graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University with a Degree in Accounting. As a professional business intermediary, he is able to utilize his personal and professional experiences in start-ups, buying, selling, and owning his own companies.
Mr. Nery has held positions in banking, manufacturing, with CPA firms and a retail corporation prior to founding the firm in 2000. Over the years, Mr. Nery has valued and sold over 100 businesses. He has extensive knowledge of business sales, mergers, acquisitions, and business valuations. Mr. Nery is affiliated nationally with M & A Source, The National Equipment Business Brokers Institute, and The Society of Business Analysts. Kevin currently serves on the Board of Directors of the New England Business Brokers Association (NEBBA) as the Treasurer, and the Business Brokers Affiliates of New England (BBANE) as Secretary. He is also a Member of the New Bedford Economic Development Council, Seacoast Chamber of Commerce, Bristol County Chamber of Commerce, and was a Featured Columnist in the monthly South Coast Business Bulletin.
