Lori A. Nery, CBR, LMS, GRI, Broker, Vice-President, is a full-time professional Real Estate Broker. She is a UMASS Dartmouth Graduate with a Degree in Management and over 35 years of business experience and has achieved the Certified Buyer Representative (CBR), Loss Mitigation Specialist (LMS), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Green REALTOR®, and WHALE Historic House Specialist designations.

Lori served as the 2011 President of the REALTOR® Association of Southeastern Massachusetts and on the Board of Directors of the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS®. She remains very active in these associations, as well as with many area business organizations and non-profits, including the Seacoast and Bristol County Chambers of Commerce, Habitat for Humanity, Relay for Life, the American Cancer Society, and the American Heart Association. She is also a member of the New Bedford Economic Development Council.

Ms. Nery leads our affiliated real estate companies, Coastal Commercial Real Estate Sales and Leasing and Coastal Realty, representing sellers and buyers of commercial, office, industrial, and residential real estate. She has extensive experience in commercial and industrial property leasing, sales, valuation, and consulting for commercial real estate projects.

Noble Vincent has been a Licensed Realtor since 1987.

During this period, he has sold and leased commercial properties including industrial, retail, office, multi-family, medical, and land.

Noble has successfully created, presented, and executed various marketing and sales strategies negotiating millions of dollars in closed transactions.

He has worked for a presentation development group maintaining professional relationships with various economic and private development groups as well as state government agencies. He has also participated in the permitting process for both residential and commercial projects while maintaining the role of Project Manager in the construction of a K-8 School.

Noble was educated at UMass Amherst and now resides in South Dartmouth with his family enjoying all the activities Buzzard’s Bay has to offer.

Rick is a licensed Real Estate Broker, with an extensive background in acquiring, developing, and selling commercial properties. In addition to commercial property, he has a solid background in residential real estate.

He has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills in management and sales from previous experience as Northeast Division Sales Manager with XEROX Corporation, Boston, MA, and Executive Vice President at C.P. Bourg in New Bedford, MA and President of Bourg Japan Co., LTD.

Mr. Trapilo was co-founder of Family Fitness Centers developed across Massachusetts. He was also the founder and former owner of Pub6t5 in New Bedford, MA.
Rick received his Bachelor of Arts from UMass Boston and earned his MBA from Lake Forest College, Illinois. He is currently a member of the REALTOR® Association of Southeastern MA. He served on the Board of Directors at Milton Hospital, EDSF, and Firstpublish.com

Mr. Stang also has an extensive background in planning and economic development and worked as a chief legal counsel and legislative liaison in the past.

Justin Grolley, MBA, CBI, M&AMI, CMEA, Broker, is experienced in commercial real estate, business brokerage, sales, marketing, information technology, and finance.

Mr. Grolley is a Graduate of Bryant University in Smithfield, Rhode Island. He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and also earned a Master of Business Administration, MBA, Degree.

Joe is a graduate of Westfield State University, in Westfield, Massachusetts, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Movement Science. Kevin A. Nery has over 40 years of business experience in the areas of commercial real estate, business brokerage, accounting, taxation, management, manufacturing, marketing, and consulting. He has achieved the Certified Business Broker (CBB), Lifetime Certified Business Intermediary (LCBI), and Merger and Acquisitions Master Intermediary (M&AMI) professional designations. Mr. Nery is a Graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University with a Degree in Accounting. As a professional business intermediary, he can utilize his personal and professional experiences in start-ups, buying, selling, and owning his own companies.

Mr. Nery has held positions in banking, and manufacturing, with CPA firms and a retail corporation before founding the firm in 2000. Over the years, Mr. Nery has sold over 200 companies and valued hundreds of businesses and companies. He has extensive knowledge of business sales, mergers, acquisitions, and business valuations. Mr. Nery is affiliated nationally with M & A Source, The National Equipment Business Brokers Institute, and The Society of Business Analysts.
