FREETOWN, MA– Coastal Commercial Real Estate is pleased to announce the successful Sale of the commercial property at 2 Crossroads Drive, East Freetown, MA.

The 3.62-acre land and building are located at Crossroads Commons, a bustling business district right in the heart of East Freetown.
The property was home to the very successful, full scale dine-in and take-out family restaurant.

The Nephew’s, operated by Ron and Sandy Stapleton for many years until Ron’s recent passing. The property was purchased by Profile Rock, LLC, an ownership group familiar with the restaurant industry as they also own the local establishment’s Carmines at Candleworks, Rose Alley Alehouse, Cork Wine and Tapas, and The Vault Music Hall & Pub at Greasy Luck.

After the property undergoes minor interior renovations, the new business, Profile Tavern, expects to open this spring offering a similar concept and menu with their own spin!
